August 29, 2002 - Work Progress Updates

Picking up on the July 9, 2002 entry "Construction Resumed", underground work at Nautical Heights is progressing at a rapid pace! To date, the storm drain system is 99% complete, the joint trenching (power, phone, cable) is
99% complete, and the water main system is 60% complete. The foundation assembly for the water tank (croze ring) has recently been delivered on site.
 

July 25, 2002 - Now Taking Reservations

Nautical Heights LLC is now accepting reservations for 5 of our remaining lots. Please see the subdivision map page for pricing and details here
 

After reviewing the project, the DRE (Department of Real Estate) has
granted Nautical Heights LLC preliminary public report status, commonly known as "pink report". Application and payment have been submitted for final public report, or "white report" status, which will be granted upon completion of project. More here
 

Nautical Heights LLC has secured plan approvals for roadways, drainage, and grading from Del Norte County. Water system plans have been approved by the Smith River Community Services District.
